I started working with Ron Gilbert sometime Nov of 2018 and Ron has been very professional and very patient. He was one of the reasons we found a home that we really loved. He took into consideration all of the little details we needed in a home and found us the right one.

When my husband and and I decided to look for our "empty nest" home, our first and only call was to our friend, JeanAnn Gilbert. JeanAnn had our trust and the experience in the real estate business we wanted. She did not disappoint. She was with us every step of the way. When our original lender just wasn't filling his obligations, JeanAnn recommended a lender that Crye-Leike used. This was one of the best experiences in getting loan approved and ready for closing. We then asked if she had a moving company she could recommend. She came through again. The moving company was dependable. They showed up on time and wasted no time in getting our belongings packed and on the way to our new home. I highly recommend JeanAnn. She knows the business, she has our trust and she delivered. Happy to call JeanAnn our friend and our realtor.

Jean Ann Gilbert was terrific to work with. She didn't pressure me to immediately sign an exclusive realtor agreement when my wife and I first started looking at homes/land in the Fayatteville area. Jean Ann kept me updated on each step as the purchasing process unfolded and even got us connected with a helpful mortgage agent. Despite the challenges of moving from Texas to Arkansas, it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Ron Gilbert is a wonderful agent. He was not pushy and took the time to get to know and help us.He would find out and answer any questions that we would have. He was also very polite and respectful to us. Was very professional and knowledgeable about many of the questions that we would have. I would highly recommend Ron to anyone who is looking for an agent.
