Ron and Jean Ann are amazing!! Ron helped us about 9 or 10 years ago when we were considering becoming home owners and even though we were only thinking about it he showed us houses as if we were committed buyers with a pre-approval letter in hand and started teaching us all the things we could need to know about the process. Then, 8 years ago, we were ready to go and he helped us find and buy our first home. It was a seamless experience because he made sure we understood everything that goes into buying a new construction home. Fast forward to the end of last year when we decided we needed a larger home with more space and we got to work with both Ron and Jean Ann. This time we found a pre-loved home that checked all our most important boxes and once again they made sure that we knew everything we needed to know about buying an older home. I'm not sure we'll ever want to do it again, but if we do we will definitely call Ron and Jean Ann and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the area!!
