Jean-Ann is the best! We bought a house from her in the fall of 2021 as out of towners. She really knows the area & gives great advice on pros vs cons of different areas. She showed us 3 houses & it was a very fast decision on the one we bought vs the other 2. Really insightful on best way to counter to get the home we wanted. We're still in touch with her on other possibilities there. Highly recommend her!!
