Jean Ann and Ron have sold multiple homes of mine, and I've purchased many through them as well. Jean Ann has such a positive attitude and brings a wealth of experience. She consults me each time on what I may need to do to ensure I receive top dollar for the homes I am selling, and her long-term experience in Northwest Arkansas has always been helpful in making sure the homes I purchase are of quality and a good long-term investment. She really knows Northwest Arkansas. I highly recommend working with this team!

Working with Jean Ann Gilbert was a pleasure. She got us with an excellent lender and the process was smooth and without hassles. Even closed faster than expected. Two weeks I believe. Sold our place in Colorado, drove back there to close and then back to Arkansas to close on our new home there. Lot of traveling but Jean Ann was very thoughtful and helped immensely. We cannot recommend Jean Ann enough when it comes to buying or selling property. We have bought a few rental properties with her as well as a primary home and a buildable lot. She also sold another house for us as well. Jean Ann has always been outstanding through the entire process from making offers to closing the sale. She is always available for a quick call and ready to provide additional information on the real estate market. We will always use her as our agent as she is truly knowledgeable about the business and delightful as well.

Jean Ann helped make our transition to Arkansas so easy. She brought us to all of the homes we wanted to see and was always Switzerland when it came to opinions. She was always quick to point out if she noticed something to be concerned about. We lucked out finding her. She just happened to be the relator of the first home we inquired about. She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us find the area that would be the best fit for our family. We are so blessed we were so lucky. Ron helped us out with our house 4 years ago, was very patient and looked out for every detail my wife and I were looking for in our new home. He continues to reach out every few months to check if there is anything we need.
