My wife and I made a trip to NWA to search for a rental home. With little more than one day's notice, Jean Ann had multiple homes lined up for us to view. We only had a limited time over the course of 24 hrs and Jean Ann went out of her way to accommodate us by making time out of her busy schedule. She is well connected and a true professional in every aspect. Her warm personality made us feel like we have known her for years! The Gilbert group was instrumental in helping us choose the right home in the right area when we were moving from abroad to Bentonville. We had 24hours to see the area and buy our house.. with three young kids in tow. Jean Ann was kind, thorough and knew all the secret turns to avoid traffic and helped us navigate the area with expertise. She also was endlessly patient with me and our kids- jet lagged from a 13hour flight. When the time came for us to leave Bentonville. Jean Ann again worked wonders selling our home the same day it was listed allowing us the ability to bid on our new home with no contingencies. She was terrific. There is no other realty group in the area that can match the expertise of the Gilbert group!
