Writing this 4 years after the fact, but Jean Ann was a great help when my wife and I were buying our first home. Helped walk us through the whole process, any questions we had, the whole 9 yards. She even recommended an area we hadn't considered in our search - the one we ultimately ended up in! 4 years later, and she was still more than happy to help me find some old documentation from the purchase that I needed for my insurance!
