Jean Ann did a wonderful job helping us navigate our home sale and purchase process. While selling our home we ran into less than ideal circumstances with the seller but Jean Ann made it painless on us and gave great advice where needed. In terms of buying our home we had to work expeditiously because had already missed out on this home previously. Jean Ann was able to get us a showing and put in an offer all in the same day. This was all while we had a 3 month old! Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.

After looking for the right next house for our family for years, Jean Ann helped us move quickly to tour and get an offer in on our home. We were able to gain access to the house to tour and take measurements and pictures multiple times around the holidays, including the day before Thanksgiving. She made thoughtful recommendations about repairs that needed to be made, and made sure that we knew what steps we needed to take to ensure the closing went smoothly. When we are in a position to buy or sell a home again, Jean Ann and Ron will be the first people we call.

My neice referred me to Jean Ann when we decided to purchase a home in Bella Vista. Jean Ann was fantastic to work with! She was always available-even when she was on vacation! I live out of state and used Realtor and zillow to get listings Whenever I saw something I liked Jean Ann worked with my neice to tour the homes in person and the used FaceTime to include us on the walk thru. They went to a lot of homes together. We put in offers that for various reasons we didn't end up getting. We did eventually finding the right home for us and she guided us thru the lender process, thru inspections and helped us with finding a contractor for some updates after we bought. She never gave up on us even tho it took quite a while to pick the right home. I appreciate her customer service and professionalism and love how helpful she was. If you're looking for a home Jean Ann will surely help you make your dream come true

Jean Ann was our realtor for our relocation to NWA. We were unfamiliar with the area and Jean Ann was not only a great tour guide, but also so knowledgeable on every aspect of Northwest Arkansas (especially for a family coming from out of state). She was patient, kind, professional, and no house was too far to visit. She was always on top of her game and her passion for helping people find their homes was unmatched. We were able to see so many houses in our available time frame. Everything we asked for, Jean Ann got it done! When we were unable to travel down in person, Jean Ann scheduled a virtual tour of a potential home for us. Because of our trust in Jean Ann, it ended up being the home we purchased. Once we found our home, she was a wonderful asset to the buying and closing process. I highly recommend Jean Ann and her team.
