You will not find a more patient, hard working, professional, honest Realtor Team. Moving as a job transfer was very intimidating to us, JeanAnn made the process so comfortable. She was chosen as our Realtor and knew nothing about our situation or desires. JeanAnn quickly developed a bond with us and spent numerous hours with us as we only had a week to find a home. We were so impressed with her knowledge of the area and every detail she took into account for our line of work. Just closed the sale of a property through Jean Ann Gilbert. What a delight to work with from the initial contact. We were selling while residing outside of the US; Ms. Gilbert got us the price we were asking and guided us through every step of the remote process. It was also clear that Ms. Gilbert had done a good job matching the property to the right buyer which made the sale easier and faster. The Gilbert Team is no doubt my first recommendation for buying and selling property in their area of coverage (north west Arkansas in my case).
