Just closed the sale of a property through Jean Ann Gilbert. What a delight to work with from the initial contact. We were selling while residing outside of the US; Ms. Gilbert got us the price we were asking and guided us through every step of the remote process. It was also clear that Ms. Gilbert had done a good job matching the property to the right buyer which made the sale easier and faster. The Gilbert Team is no doubt my first recommendation for buying and selling property in their area of coverage (north west Arkansas in my case).

Ron & Jean Ann sold our home for us, and they did a wonderful job! We had lived in the home for 33 years, raised our 3 children there, and it was a difficult process.
